Hereditary thinning differs from telogen shedding, iron deficiency, or inflammatory scalp disease. Plasma or mesotherapy without a diagnosis can delay the right treatment. At Venezia we start with consultation and may use a scalp camera or OBSERVE. Tests are requested when needed. The plan may be medical, supportive sessions, or referral.
